Shipping policy

At Ghanwa Skincare, we aim to deliver your skincare essentials with care and efficiency. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.


1️⃣ Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Please ensure your complete address and active phone number are provided correctly.


2️⃣ Delivery Time
• Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3 to 4 working days.
• Delivery may be slightly delayed during public holidays or due to courier issues.


3️⃣ Shipping Charges
• A delivery fee may apply based on your location.
• Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout or informed during order confirmation.


4️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)
• We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
• Please ensure availability at the delivery location to receive and pay for your order.


5️⃣ Order Confirmation & Tracking
• After placing an order, our team will confirm via WhatsApp or Call.
• Tracking may be shared when available through the courier service.


6️⃣ Delayed or Failed Delivery
• If the customer is unavailable or refuses the parcel, re-delivery charges may apply.
• Ghanwa Skincare is not responsible for courier delays once dispatched.


7️⃣ Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
We will assist according to our Return & Refund Policy.
